Ingrid Picard is a global commercial, transformation and mobility executive with more than 20 years of experience across aviation, travel technology, fintech, loyalty, digital platforms and AI-led transformation.
She is the Founder & Managing Director of Tribuescape, where she advises airlines, airports, hospitality groups, travel platforms, mobility providers and fintech companies on growth strategy, digital transformation, commercial innovation and the practical adoption of AI to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
Ingrid is also the Founder of EcoTripToCity, a mobility technology initiative that helps travelers make more informed airport-to-city transport decisions based on cost, travel time and carbon emissions, while enabling airports, airlines and travel providers to support sustainability objectives and passenger engagement.
In addition, she serves as Senior Associate – Aviation and Mobility at Mobility Futures, where she contributes to the intersection of aviation, airports, multimodal transport, digital infrastructure and the future of connected mobility.
Throughout her career, Ingrid has held senior leadership roles with Amadeus IT Group, Sabre Corporation, SAP Concur and BCD Travel, leading multi-country operations across Asia-Pacific and Europe. She has managed significant P&L responsibilities, driven market expansion, built strategic partnerships, led organisational transformation and delivered large-scale SaaS, platform and technology initiatives.
Recognised for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, Ingrid has successfully built and scaled businesses from market entry through to high-growth operations, helping organisations navigate disruption, accelerate innovation and unlock new commercial opportunities.
She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an Executive Certificate in AI Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. Her industry recognitions include the Women in Travel (Technology) Award and the Amadeus Trailblazer Award.
